1. In order to secure a disco or DJ booking, an initial deposit is required. However, this deposit is non-refundable.

2. A booking is not deemed to be confirmed until the agreed deposit between idealmusic4u.co.uk and the client has been paid.

3. In the event that the client wishes to cancel a booking, for any reason, any advance payment made is non-refundable, or a cancellation fee of not less than 50% of the total agreed fees is required. If cancellation is within seven day days of the event, full payment maybe required.

4. Although it is extremely unlikely for us to cancel our services, in the event of such unlikely circumstance, any fees paid to us by the client shall be refunded in full. This will be the maximum extent of IDEAL MUSIC 4U liability.

5. All outstanding fees is payable by cash only, on the day of the event, prior to the performance, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

6. Play lists and requests are accepted in advance, provided such requests are submitted in writing, at least two week prior the event.

7. It is the client's responsibility to provide adequate supervision of their guests and will be liable for any loss, or damage to DJ personnel, vehicles, or disco equipment, as a result of inappropriate behavior by any guest.
